High Heel-a-thon is a unique event taking place on Sunday 27th September in Leeds organised by Clearsilver in aid of Breast Cancer Haven.
We want lots of you luscious ladies and brave boys to take part! The measly £20 that it will cost you to register secures your entry into the fun run and your gorgeous hot pink High Heel-a-thon t-shirt. So rummage through your wardrobe and accessorize it with your highest heels and get glamorous in the name of charity!
We don't expect those who are somewhat less experienced in their stilettos to totter their way the entire 1.24 miles of the route around Leeds' Clarence Dock area, but the rules state that all entrants must start and end in heels, so don't be shy and stand tall in your 4 inchers!
There will be a whole host of fantastic prizes on offer including flights to European destinations, spa breaks, hair products and theatre tickets. All entrants will also receive a gorgeous goody bag. And with a live set from Becks and the Bullets, the event day is set to be a blast!
The aim of the event is to raise £10,000, which will fund the Yorkshire Breast Cancer Haven's reflexology complementary therapies for a whole year. The event has been supported by a whole host of celebrities and these pictures can be seen on the website.
